Purpose/Objective The Central Billing Lead - Water is tasked with managing the billing processes for water infrastructure projects, including STP, WTP, Irrigation, and Desalination.

This role ensures the accurate and timely preparation, review, and submission of bills, compliance with contracts, and coordination with site teams for billing consistency.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Billing Management and Review: Oversee billing for water projects, ensuring precision and adherence to contracts and budgets.

Implement a centralized billing system to streamline invoicing and payments for water infrastructure projects.

Site Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for water project billing teams, ensuring standardized billing practices and compliance with project requirements.

Facilitate collaboration between various teams to align billing activities with contractual obligations and project timelines.

Change Orders and Claims Management: Supervise the central management of change orders and claims for water projects, ensuring accurate and justified cost estimates.

Maintain a consolidated record of all claims and variations,



including necessary approvals and cost impacts.

Reporting and Audit Compliance: Produce consolidated billing reports and cost tracking for water projects, supporting audit processes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Review and enhance billing systems and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
