Role Description The Billing Engineer role at Amrit Interiors is a full-time hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work from home.

The Billing

Engineer will prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conduct rate analysis, and manage project billing in coordination with site engineers and project managers. Daily responsibilities include reviewing work measurements, validating quantities, updating billing systems, and ensuring that invoices and payment certificates are accurate and timely. The role also involves coordinating with contractors and suppliers,



resolving billing discrepancies, maintaining up-to-date records, and supporting cost control and project reporting.

Engineer is expected to adhere to company standards, comply with contractual terms, and contribute to effective project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying.
- Candidates should possess solid Billing Systems knowledge and experience with rate analysis and project cost tracking.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills for assessing quantities, costs, and variances.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing-related software; familiarity with interior or construction projects is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
