THE BIG MAN is a bespoke menswear house. Every garment we make is cut for one man and no one else. We are looking for a salesperson who understands that selling a made-to-measure suit is not a transaction—it is a consultation that ends in a client who returns for the next twenty years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Guide clients through the full bespoke journey: consultation, fabric selection, measurement, fittings and delivery
- Advise on cloth, construction, cut and styling with genuine authority
- Work alongside our master tailors to translate what a client wants into what our karigars build
- Own your client book: follow up, remember preferences and bring clients back
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain showroom presentation and fabric library standards

WHAT YOU NEED
- 2+ years selling garments face-to-face in a showroom, preferably bespoke,



made-to-measure or premium menswear retail
- Working knowledge of fabrics, suiting construction and fit
- Qualified English and Hindi; Punjabi is an advantage
- The presence and polish to hold a room with a discerning client

PREFERRED
- Graduates of NIIFT Mohali, NIFT (Fashion Communication, Fashion Management, Knitwear or Apparel Production), NIFD or an equivalent fashion design or merchandising programme
- Experience at a tailoring house

WHAT WE OFFER
- ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

- Incentive on every sale
