Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging and interactive virtual training sessions for current hires and existing employees. Deliver training on Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products and processes. Provide detailed knowledge of banking products, services, policies, and procedures.
Train candidates on sales techniques, customer acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling. Conduct online product, process, sales, and communication skills training. Develop and deliver training presentations, learning materials, assessments, and online training modules.
Conduct virtual role plays, mock sessions, quizzes, and knowledge assessments. Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Identify training gaps and provide suitable training interventions.
Ensure trainees are well prepared to handle customer queries and banking-related processes. Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, performance reports, and training records. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and management teams to improve training effectiveness.
