Job Summary

We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter with experience in US IT Staffing to market and place IT consultants who are currently on the bench. The role involves identifying suitable requirements, marketing consultants to vendors and clients, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, and driving placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants with work authorizations such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD and US Citizens to vendors, clients, MSPs, and implementation partners.
- Identify suitable requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, emails, and other sourcing channels.
- Submit consultant profiles to Tier-1/Prime Vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and clients to generate regular requirements.
- Understand consultant skill sets, availability, location, visa status, and preferences to identify suitable opportunities.
- Negotiate bill rates, contract terms,



and placement conditions with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up for feedback, and ensure timely communication with consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, feedback, placements, and vendor interactions.
- Conduct regular email marketing/campaigns to promote available consultants to vendor networks.
- Maintain and update the consultant bench database and vendor contact database.
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, payroll, and other internal teams during the placement and onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing requirements and maintain necessary consultant documentation.
- Meet daily and monthly targets related to submissions, interviews, placements, vendor development, and revenue generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / US IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of US IT staffing processes and hiring models such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Knowledge of US work authorization categories including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and USC.
