Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage with prospective customers through calls and digital communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about company programs and offerings.
- Conduct effective follow-ups with prospective customers to support the conversion process.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Work closely with the business development team to achieve assigned objectives.
- Consistently meet individual and team performance targets.
- Contribute to improving customer engagement and overall business development activities.

Candidate Profile




- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in any one of the following regional languages is preferred/required:
- Telugu
- Hindi
- Kannada
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professional sales skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
