– Bartender / Mixologist / Barista / Waiter

We are looking for energetic, guest-focused, and well-presented hospitality professionals for the positions of Bartender / Mixologist / Barista / Waiter.

Key Responsibilities

Bartender / Mixologist

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
- Have valuable knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper bar setup.
- Take guest orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Follow responsible alcohol service and company SOPs.

Barista

- Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and other hot/cold beverages.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Keep the coffee counter clean, organized, and hygienic.
- Provide friendly and efficient guest service.

Waiter / F&B; Associate

- Welcome guests and provide professional table service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
- Explain menu items and make recommendations when required.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and properly set.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.




- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow all service, hygiene, and safety standards.

Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, bars, clubs, or fine-dining establishments will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong customer-service orientation.
- Positive grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
- Freshers with the right attitude and relevant training may also be considered.
