- Basic understanding of coffee and espresso
- Interest in learning brewing, espresso, and latte art
- Valuable attitude and willingness to learn
- Clean and organized work habits
- Good communication and customer service
- Passion for coffee and beverage R&D; is a plus
Experience: Freshers and candidates with basic barista experience are welcome.
