Position: Bartender

Reports To: Bar Captain / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bartender with a strong background in beverage service and bar operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages, along with strong guest-handling and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, quantity, and presentation of all beverages.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
- Monitor inventory, maintain proper stock levels, and minimize wastage and breakage.
- Follow standard portion control and beverage cost-control procedures.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies.
- Operate the POS system accurately and ensure all orders and bills are recorded correctly.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stock checks, cleaning, and securing the bar.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service.
- Train and assist junior bar staff when required.
- Stay updated with new cocktails, beverage trends, ingredients,



and mixology techniques.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Bar Manager or Restaurant Manager.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Bartender in a reputed restaurant, bar, hotel, lounge, or similar establishment.
- Robust knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
- Good knowledge of bartending techniques, mixology, garnishing, and beverage presentation.
- Understanding of bar inventory, stock control, and portion management.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience Requirement 3–5 years of relevant bartending experience is required. Candidates with experience in premium restaurants, hotels, bars, or high-volume establishments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
