Position: Bartender

Department: Food & Beverage Service

Reports To: Bar Manager / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering excellent guest service. The role requires strong product knowledge, speed, accuracy, and a friendly, professional attitude to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, and beer as per standard recipes
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all beverages
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage bar stock, garnishes, glassware, and equipment
- Follow cash handling and billing procedures accurately
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Coordinate with service staff and kitchen for smooth operations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints courteously
- Comply with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
- Assist in bar setup, closing, and inventory counts

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of beverages,

Qualifications

- Bartending certification preferred
- Prior experience as a bartender in a hotel, bar, or restaurant
- Knowledge of local alcohol laws and safety standards

Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Standing for long periods and handling bar equipment

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
