Role Description -

This is a full-time, in office Barista/ Front-of-House Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, handling basic food preparation tasks, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards. The Barista/ Front-of-House Executive greets guests, takes orders, manages billing, and provides attentive customer service throughout their visit.

Daily responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness of the service area, organizing displays, restocking supplies, and supporting smooth café operations.



The role requires working closely with the kitchen and service team, following hygiene and safety protocols, and consistently representing the brand with professional and friendly conduct.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Candidates should possess Barista skills, including beverage preparation and basic coffee knowledge.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to handle orders, coordinate with team members, and provide clear information to guests.
- Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills to assist with basic kitchen tasks and maintain quality and hygiene standards.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a café or restaurant environment, ability to work flexible hours, reliability in handling cash and POS systems, and adherence to food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
