Job Summary The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages to VIP/VVIP passengers and guests at the airport lounge. The role requires excellent customer service, professional grooming, attention to detail, and strict adherence to food safety and aviation security standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other hot and cold beverages.
- Welcome VIP/VVIP passengers and guests in a polite and skilled manner.
- Understand guests’ preferences and provide personalized beverage service.
- Maintain the beverage counter, coffee machine, refrigerator, utensils, and service area.
- Ensure attractive presentation and timely service of all beverages.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, tea, syrups, sugar, disposable items, and other supplies.
- Inform the supervisor about low stock, damaged items, or equipment issues.
- Follow hygiene, food-safety, airport-security, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with lounge, guest-relations, housekeeping, and F&B; teams.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and escalate concerns when required.
- Maintain records of stock consumption, wastage,



and replenishment.
- Support lounge operations and F&B; counter management during busy periods.
- Follow all airport entry-pass, security, and restricted-area regulations.

Qualification and Experience
- 10+2, Diploma, or Certificate in Hospitality/Food & Beverage.
- Barista certification would be an advantage.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience as a Barista in an airport lounge, five-star hotel, premium café, airline lounge, or hospitality establishment.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, beverage recipes, and equipment operation.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

- Ability to interact confidently with VIP/VVIP guests.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic spoken English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in premium aviation or hospitality services.
- Customer-focused, courteous, punctual, and disciplined.
- Comfortable working in a security-controlled airport environment.

Pay: ₹9,915.17 - ₹26,591.28 per month
