Job Summary

We are looking for a Banking Executive to manage day-to-day banking activities, customer interactions, financial transactions, documentation, and coordination with banks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic financial knowledge, and solid attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily banking transactions and account-related activities.

Coordinate with banks regarding payments, deposits, transfers, and documentation.

Manage cheque deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and reconciliation.

Maintain accurate banking records and financial documents.

Assist with opening and maintaining customer/company bank accounts.

Follow up with banks for pending transactions and banking issues.

Prepare reports related to banking transactions and cash flow.





Ensure compliance with banking policies and company procedures.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

Coordinate with accounts and finance teams for smooth financial operations.

Requirements

Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Banking, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in banking, finance, accounts, or a related role.

Good knowledge of banking procedures and financial transactions.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good numerical and analytical abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
