Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Banking / SSC / RRB Trainers to join our academic team and help students prepare effectively for various competitive government and banking examinations.

Freshers who have cleared the prelims of any banking, SSC, RRB, or other government competitive examination are encouraged to apply. Experienced trainers and candidates with relevant teaching or competitive-exam coaching experience are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classroom and online training sessions for Banking, SSC, and RRB aspirants.
- Teach subjects according to the respective examination syllabus and pattern.
- Explain concepts clearly using simple and effective teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, notes, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular tests, mock exams, quizzes, and revision sessions.
- Analyse student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide appropriate guidance.
- Help students develop effective exam preparation and time-management strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest exam notifications, syllabus, patterns, and important changes.
- Motivate and mentor students throughout their competitive-exam preparation.
- Contribute to the preparation and improvement of study materials and test series.

Eligibility
- Candidates with a strong interest in Banking, SSC, RRB,



and competitive government examinations can apply.
- Freshers who have cleared the prelims of any banking, SSC, RRB, or government competitive examination are eligible to apply.
- Experienced Banking / SSC / RRB trainers and competitive-exam faculty are also welcome.
- Good communication and presentation skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students achieve their career goals.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
