## Job Summary

Health Insurance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Relationship Manager for the Banca Channel. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Health Insurance Banca Sales, with the ability to build strong relationships with bank partners, drive business, and achieve sales targets. Candidates with Open Architecture experience will be given preference.

## Key Responsibilities

* Drive health insurance sales through assigned bank branches.

* Develop and maintain robust relationships with bank branch managers and staff.





* Generate quality leads through the banca channel and convert them into business.

* Conduct customer meetings to understand insurance needs and recommend suitable health insurance solutions.

* Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Organize branch activation activities, customer awareness programs, and sales campaigns.

* Provide product training and support to bank employees.

* Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure policy issuance within timelines.

* Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and operational processes.
