Key Responsibilities

- Prepare bakery and pastry products as per standard recipes and SOPs.
- Handle daily mise en place and ensure all ingredients are ready for production.
- Prepare breads, buns, cakes, cookies, pastries, muffins, desserts, and other bakery products.
- Perform mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, baking, assembling, and basic finishing.
- Accurately measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate mixers, ovens, proofers, refrigerators, and other bakery equipment safely.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Assist the Bakery Chef / CDP in daily production activities.
- Guide and support junior bakery team members when required.
- Check the freshness and quality of raw materials before use.
- Follow proper storage, labelling, and FIFO procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery section, equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.




- Minimize ingredient and product wastage through proper handling and portion control.
- Assist with stock checking and report shortages or quality issues to the senior chef.
- Complete assigned production within the required timelines.
- Support the bakery team during high-volume production and special events.
- Maintain proper grooming, personal hygiene, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, hotel, or pastry kitchen.
- Valuable knowledge of bakery and pastry production.
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques and bakery equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes and SOPs accurately.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Good attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
