We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Talent Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and other key partners.

- Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the best candidates.

- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws,



regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
