Position: Bench Sales Recruiter- Onsite

Experience: 1–4+ Years

Industry: US IT Staffing / Recruitment

Location: Near Miyapur Metro Station, Hyderabad

? What We’re Looking For:

✅ 1–4+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales

✅ Strong understanding of OPT, CPT, H-1B, GC & USC profiles

✅ Hands-on experience with VMS, MSPs, job portals & vendor management

✅ Excellent client and vendor communication skills

✅ Ability to market consultants and generate new requirements





✅ Strong knowledge of rate negotiation and submission processes

✅ Positive understanding of the US IT recruitment market

✅ Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets
