Position: Backend Operations Executive - Electrical Infrastructure

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 2–3 years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days/week

About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Operations Executive to support quotation preparation, tender-related activities, documentation, reporting and day-to-day coordination. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in electrical contracting, electrical infrastructure, EPC or a related industry, with a good understanding of electrical components and commercial/tender documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare customer quotations and commercial proposals based on project requirements.
- Understand BOQs, specifications and electrical components required for projects.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for rates, availability and product details.
- Ensure quotations are accurate and submitted within timelines.
- Assist in identifying and tracking relevant government and private tenders.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQs and submission requirements.
- Prepare and compile tender-related documents and supporting information.
- Maintain tender trackers and regularly update tender status.
- Prepare AR / Analysis Reports and other management reports.
- Maintain records of quotations, tenders, BOQs, vendor rates and submissions.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients,



internal teams and management.
- Make follow-up calls related to quotations, tenders and project requirements.
- Support the Business Development team with pricing, proposals and documentation.
- Follow up on pending information, approvals and submissions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical contracting, EPC, electrical infrastructure, tendering or a related industry.
- Good understanding of electrical components, materials and equipment.
- Experience in preparing quotations, BOQs, tender documents and commercial proposals.
- Basic understanding of tendering and procurement processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working from the Jaipur office, 6 days a week.

Preferred

- Experience with government tenders/e-procurement portals.
- Experience in an electrical EPC or contracting company.
- Familiarity with CPPP, GeM and e-procurement portals.
- Experience coordinating with electrical vendors and suppliers.
- Knowledge of electrical rate analysis and costing.
