Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: B.Com Graduate; candidates graduated between 2021 and 2025
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Preferred Knowledge: Banking domain, including:
- Personal Loans
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Home Loans
- Life Insurance
- General Insurance
- Mandatory Knowledge: KYC, Loans, Insurance, and basic Banking
- Typing Speed: Minimum 20 WPM
- Age: 1830 years
- Gender: Male candidates are preferred.
- Work Details
- Shift: Rotational
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM / 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM / 9:00 PM–6:00 AM
- Take-Home Salary: Approximately 15,000 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: 75 per day
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Week Off: 1 rotational week off
