Operations Executive – Jewellery Movement & Coordination /n Sant Ram's | Chandigarh (Sector 17) | Full-time, on-site /n ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month /n /n About us /n Sant Ram's is a 65-year-old fine jewellery house in Chandigarh, alongside Jazaa, our lab-grown diamond brand. We are building a contemporary operations backbone behind a heritage business, and this role sits at the centre of it. /n /n The role /n Every piece we sell moves through several hands — design, manufacturing, quality check, showroom, and back. Your job is to make sure that movement is tracked, timely, and accounted for.

You are the person who always knows where a piece is, what stage it's at, and what's holding it up. /n /n What you'll do /n /n

- Log and track the movement of jewellery between departments (design, workshop, QC, showroom, vault) with complete documentation at each handover

/n

- Maintain accurate records in our ERP and reconcile physical stock against system entries

/n

- Coordinate daily with department heads to keep orders and repairs moving on schedule

/n

- Flag delays, discrepancies,



or missing paperwork immediately — before they become problems

/n

- Prepare simple daily/weekly status reports for management

/n

- Support other departments (sales, accounts, marketing) with back-office tasks as needed

/n /n /n What we're looking for /n /n

- 1–3 years in operations, back office, inventory, or logistics coordination (retail or manufacturing preferred; jewellery a plus but not required)

/n

- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; ERP experience is an advantage

/n

- Meticulous about records — you don't leave gaps, and you don't sign off on what you haven't checked

/n

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with senior craftsmen and management alike

/n

- Good written and spoken Hindi and English
