Job Overview: As a Back Office Executive at Indian Drivers, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, managing customer complaints, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, providing information and assistance as required.

- Determine the purpose of each call and gather relevant information before transferring or addressing inquiries.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.




- Analyze client issues to determine root causes and identify potential solutions or escalations.
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image of the company.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, coordinating appointments, and managing office supplies.

Qualification: 1. Undergraduate/Graduate degree preferred.
