About the Role

N Media Labs is looking for a Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day office operations, data management, documentation, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, comfortable with computers, and have good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain day-to-day data and records.
- Handle data entry and documentation work.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Manage basic office-related coordination and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal team members when required.
- Handle emails, documents, and basic computer-based tasks.




- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality while handling company information.

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets is preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing and data-handling skills.
- Should be organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from office in Indore.

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month

Final salary will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, and interview performance.
