About the Role

We are looking for an AI Web Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance our AI-based tools and related internal applications.

The role combines web development, AI/LLM technologies, API integrations, and business process automation to build practical solutions that improve productivity, reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

The candidate will work closely with Business Development, Account Management, Operations, HR, and other teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance the AI-based tool and related web applications.
- Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered features such as content generation, summarization, data analysis, recommendations, search, and intelligent workflows.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, AI APIs, and third-party services.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Develop dashboards, reports, workflows, and business automation modules.
- Work with databases to store, retrieve, and process application and AI-generated data.
- Convert business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
- Design prompts and AI workflows to achieve reliable and useful outputs.
- Evaluate AI-generated results and continuously improve their accuracy, reliability, and usability.
- Identify and resolve application bugs, technical issues, and performance problems.
- Automate repetitive business processes using AI, APIs, and web technologies.
- Research and experiment with emerging AI tools and technologies that can improve business productivity.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, integrations and AI workflows.
- Follow appropriate security, access-control, and responsible AI practices.




- Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance and enhancements for the Tool.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React.js, Next.js, Angular or Vue.js.
- Backend development experience using one or more of Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- Robust understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Good understanding of Git and version control, with the ability to design and implement custom CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms, deployment, and application hosting.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into web applications.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows.
- Ability to work on any known or custom CMS Platforms.
