About the Role

We are hiring a B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Expert who can identify potential clients, build prospect databases and generate business opportunities through Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential B2B clients.
- Generate targeted and relevant leads according to business requirements.
- Find decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, marketing heads and business owners.
- Build verified prospect databases.
- Conduct personalized cold email campaigns.
- Handle WhatsApp-based lead outreach and follow-ups.
- Use LinkedIn and other professional platforms for prospecting.
- Utilize AI tools to create personalized outreach messages.
- Research prospects using AI and online resources.
- Maintain and update lead databases.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Qualify prospects and identify sales opportunities.
- Share qualified leads with the sales team.
- Monitor outreach performance and response rates.




- Prepare regular lead-generation reports.
- Experiment with new outreach methods and AI tools to improve results.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in B2B lead generation/outreach.
- Strong experience with email marketing/outreach.
- Experience with WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn prospecting.
- Knowledge of lead-generation tools and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms.
- Excellent research and communication skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales funnels.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with daily/monthly lead-generation targets.
