Designation: AVP/VP - Credit - Wholesale Real Estate

Location: Mumbai

Expereince: 4-12 years

Education: CA/MBA

Role & Responsibilities:

-Creating Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN) to assess borrower, transaction, and underlying security risk and provide preliminary recommendations.

-Due diligence and credit analysis.

-Initial screening and structuring of financing deals for Commercial Real Estate.

-Working with the internal team (relationship, legal, technical, and operations) to deliver a timely and well-coordinated solution to clients.

-Communication with the client to learn about their finance requirements, organizational structure, and company model. Additionally,



continuing information gathering and query resolution.

-Delivering the plan to the authorities responsible for sanctions.

-Creating credit reports for review and renewal in order to check limitations and evaluate them for credit alerts.

-Making term sheets.
