Job Summary

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in automation testing and Telecom OSS/BSS applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience in web, API, and telecom workflow automation, ensuring quality delivery across Service Assurance and Fulfillment systems.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automation scripts for web applications, APIs, and telecom OSS/BSS systems.

- Design reusable automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Cucumber.

- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and API testing.

- Validate telecom workflows such as SR lifecycle, fault management, provisioning, and inventory.

- Perform database validation and API testing.

- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.

- Identify, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams.





- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuously improve QA processes.

Requirements

- 35 years of experience in Test Automation.

- Strong programming skills in Java (preferred), Python, or JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber, and REST Assured/Postman.

- Good knowledge of SQL, Git, Jenkins, SDLC/STLC, and Agile.

- Experience with Telecom OSS/BSS, Service Assurance, Service Fulfillment, SR lifecycle, and Fault Management.

- Basic understanding of telecom technologies such as MPLS, FTTH, 4G/5G, IP, Ethernet, PTN, or Optical Networks.

- Robust analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
