URGENT HIRING – AUTOMATION LEAD | GRC Location: Remote – PAN India Contract: 9 Months ?? Only PAN India Candidates We are looking for an experienced Automation Lead – GRC to drive reconciliation automation, governance reporting, remediation tracking, and control improvements across business units and international branches. ? Key Responsibilities - Lead Nostro & Interbranch reconciliation and remediation activities.

- Drive automation, auto-match rules, platform enhancements & reporting improvements.
- Monitor T+1 reconciliation, SLA adherence, ageing breaks and legacy unreconciled entries.
- Ensure accurate GL-to-Nostro mapping, ownership tagging and audit traceability.
- Support FROC, ORRC & OGRM governance and risk reviews.
- Identify systemic reconciliation issues and coordinate with Technology, Treasury, Finance & Operations for resolution.
- Support provisioning, write-off recommendations, audit and regulatory requirements.



⭐ REQUIRED SKILLS ✅ 8–10 years in Financial Operations / Reconciliation / Internal Controls ✅ 5+ years in Nostro / Interbranch / Treasury Reconciliations ✅ Strong hands-on knowledge of SmartStream TLM ✅ Experience with SWIFT Gateway, FlexCube & Reconciliation Dashboards ✅ Advanced Excel – MUST HAVE ✅ Robust knowledge of Nostro, Inter-entity Accounting, SWIFT Messages & Treasury Funding Cycles ✅ Understanding of GL Accounting, Provisioning, Write-offs & Financial Controls ✅ Experience with Reconciliation Automation / Auto-Matching Rules / Platform Enhancements ✅ Exposure to Governance Forums, Audit & Risk Reviews ✅ Strong problem-solving, ownership and cross-border stakeholder management skills ? Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or Banking | CA/MBA preferred. ⚡ Immediate availability / early joiners preferred.
