We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Autodesk Inventor and Teamcenter PLM for mechanical product design and development. The candidate will be responsible for creating 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, BOM management, and engineering change activities while ensuring compliance with design standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies using Autodesk Inventor.

- Create and maintain detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, GD&T;, and technical documentation.

- Manage CAD data, drawings, BOMs, and product structures in Teamcenter PLM.

- Perform engineering change activities including ECR/ECO/ECN management.

- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and support product release processes.

- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and cross-functional teams for product development.

- Ensure adherence to industry standards, engineering practices, and design specifications.

- Support prototype development, design validation, and issue resolution.





- Participate in design reviews and implement design improvements based on feedback.

- Maintain configuration control and document management within Teamcenter.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling, assembly modeling, and drafting.

- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM for data management and product lifecycle management.

- Knowledge of BOM Management, Product Structure, and Configuration Management.

- Experience with GD&T; (ASME Y14.5) and engineering drawings.

- Familiarity with ECR, ECO, ECN, and change management processes.

- Experience in sheet metal, fabrication, machined parts, and assembly design.

- Understanding of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle.

- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- Experience in industrial equipment, automotive, heavy machinery, or manufacturing industries.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and release management processes.
