Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of auditors to conduct financial statement audits, internal control reviews, and other assurance engagements.
- Develop and implement effective audit plans, procedures, and reporting templates to ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance on risk management, controls, and governance best practices.
- Identify areas for improvement in client's internal controls and recommend remediation measures.
Job Requirements :
- CA/CPA certification or equivalent qualification (ACCA).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in assurance services with expertise in US GAAP.
- Solid knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of managing teams and leading complex projects from start to finish.
