Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct regular physical inventory audits across warehouse, stores, and stock locations.

- Verify physical stock against system records and identify discrepancies.

- Track stock movement, inward and outward transactions, returns, damages, and adjustments.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory audit reports.

- Investigate stock mismatches, shortages, excesses, and unauthorized adjustments.

- Coordinate with warehouse, retail, operations, and accounts teams for discrepancy resolution.

- Ensure proper stock tagging, SKU-wise counting, and inventory documentation.

- Monitor inventory control processes and identify areas of improvement.

- Maintain accurate records of audit findings and corrective actions.

- Support periodic stock reconciliation and cycle counts.

- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

- 13 years of experience in inventory audit, stock audit, warehouse operations, or inventory management.

- Experience in apparel, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of inventory reconciliation and stock management.

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to work with inventory data.

- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Comfortable conducting physical stock verification and warehouse/store visits.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to identify discrepancies and follow up until resolution.
