Role Description The Asst. Merchandiser for Hard Goods & Home Textiles is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad. The role involves supporting the merchandising team with product development, sampling, and order follow-up for hard goods and home textile categories.

Daily tasks include coordinating with suppliers and factories, tracking production timelines, maintaining product and order documentation, and assisting in cost negotiations as needed. The Asst. Merchandiser will help prepare product presentations, analyze customer requirements, and ensure that quality standards and delivery schedules are met.





The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to support smooth communication, efficient order processing, and ongoing business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers, internal teams, and clients.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client requirements, address queries, and support long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand buyer expectations, market trends, and merchandising needs.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support product positioning, presentations, and promotional initiatives.
- Relevant experience in merchandising, sourcing, or supply chain for hard goods and/or home textiles is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis for order tracking and reporting.
- A diploma or degree in textiles, fashion, business, or a related field is preferred.
