Role Description The Asst Manager Human Resources will oversee and execute end-to-end HR operations for the Alleppey property in a full-time, in office capacity. This role includes managing employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes. The position involves implementing and monitoring HR policies, handling employee relations, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The Senior Executive Human

Resources will coordinate with department leaders on manpower planning, training needs,



and compliance with statutory and organizational requirements. The role also includes maintaining HR documentation and systems, preparing HR reports, and supporting organizational initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) to oversee strategic and operational people processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies to manage procedures, documentation, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to handle grievances, resolve conflicts, and support a respectful work environment.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
