Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily solar plant electrical operations and maintenance.
- Monitor plant performance and power generation.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, and electrical systems.
- Monitor SCADA and identify operational issues.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure electrical safety, PTW and LOTO procedures.
- Prepare daily/monthly operation and maintenance reports.
- Ensure maximum plant availability and efficient power generation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and solar PV plants
- Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
- SCADA monitoring
- HT/LT systems
- Team coordination and supervision
- Good communication and reporting skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
