As the ASST MANAGER - BATTERY SALES, you will play a crucial role in expanding our battery sales business. Your primary responsibility will be to bring in new customers and effectively manage our existing customer base. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in sales and a passion for the UPS industry, BFSI, or healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase battery sales and revenue.
- Identify and target new customer segments, especially in the UPS, BFSI, and healthcare industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate and close deals, utilizing excellent negotiation skills to meet sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the retrofit team to offer comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.




- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on sales or business.
- 4-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the UPS industry, BFSI, or healthcare sectors.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
