Who This Role Is For:

This role may be a strong fit if you:

- Have worked in QA, QA Automation, or Quality Engineering and have taken ownership of testing processes beyond day-to-day execution.
- Have contributed to designing automation frameworks, testing strategies, release processes, or quality standards within your team.
- Have served as a primary QA resource for a product, project, or engineering team.
- Enjoy identifying gaps in quality processes and proposing scalable solutions.
- Are interested in growing into a long-term quality leadership or architecture path.

Please note: We are open to candidates who have demonstrated ownership of testing strategy, automation design, or quality initiatives, even if they have not previously held a formal Test Architect title.

About the Role

We are looking for a Test Architect who can help define and scale quality practices across our platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and execution.

The ideal candidate has experience contributing to or owning testing processes, automation frameworks, quality initiatives,



or release practices within a product team. While prior architect or leadership titles are not required, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of quality strategy and help establish scalable QA practices as we continue to grow.

You will work with backend systems built on Java and MySQL, frontend applications built using React.js, and an existing QA automation setup using Playwright.

Key Responsibilities

- 1–3 years of experience in Software Testing, QA Automation, or Quality Engineering.
- Experience contributing to or owning testing processes, automation frameworks, quality initiatives, or QA best practices within a product team.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
- Solid understanding of Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django), or similar application architectures.
- Experience testing REST APIs, databases (MySQL), and web applications.
- Experience testing React.js or other modern frontend applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive quality improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in software testing and quality engineering




- Strong experience in test architecture and automation strategy
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Playwright and Selenium
- Solid understanding of Java (Springboot), Python (Django) system architecture
- Experience testing REST APIs, databases (MySQL), and distributed systems.
- Robust experience testing React.js or modern frontend applications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Ability to influence quality across teams without direct authority

Good to Have

- Experience with performance testing or security testing
- Experience building or scaling QA teams
- Exposure to cloud environments (GCP)
- Experience defining quality metrics and dashboards
