Responsibilities include

Recruiting candidates for our direct fortune 500 / 1000 clients in US.

Sourcing 'Perfect-match" candidates utilizing the internet, headhunt, referrals, networking events and other non-conventional sourcing methods to deliver 'Perfect-Match' candidates.

Offer negotiations and on boarding.





Proactive resume sourcing/pipelining.

Taking ownership of overall Delivery and day-to-day execution of job requisitions for our customer.

Qualifications

5 - 7 years of experience in US IT recruitment with minimum 2 years of experience in leading or mentoring the team.

Experience in placing IT professionals in US market with MSP based or Direct Clients only.

Experience recruiting US Citizens/ GCs only.

Experience with Job Boards like Monster, CareerBuilder, etc. with solid Boolean logic skills required.

LinkedIn sourcing is mandatory.
