Rogue Pixxel is hiring an Associate Software Developer for a long-term product development role in the education technology / institutional ERP space.

Position Details

Role: Associate Software Developer

CTC: ₹3 to 3.6 LPA

Type: Full-time

Location: Ashok Nagar, Ranchi, Jharkhand

Experience: 3-5 years experience preferred

What You’ll Work On

You will work on web-based product features related to institutional operations such as:

- Student and user workflows
- Attendance and academic modules
- Fee and finance-related workflows
- Dashboards and reports
- Communication and notification flows
- Admin panels and role-based interfaces

Responsibilities

- Develop, improve, and maintain product features
- Work on frontend and/or backend tasks
- Debug issues and improve product stability
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with the team on product requirements
- Take ownership of assigned work and deliver consistently

Required Skills





- Good understanding of web development fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of frontend or backend development
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and Git
- Logical problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and improve continuously
- Responsible attitude and consistency

Preferred Skills

- React / Next.js
- Node.js / NestJS
- PostgreSQL / MySQL
- REST APIs
- Git
- SaaS product exposure is a plus
