Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Working Days - 6 days (Saturday WFH)

About the Role - Working closely with other Finance team members, youll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our Finance Department.





Responsibilities: -

- Record invoices and manage accounts payable in the internal finance system.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations and match funds across multiple

channels with ERP system data.

- Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
- Document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Oversee bookkeeping, tax filings, and ensure financial compliance.
- Assisting in preparation of MIS Reports, Cash Flows & Other Internal Reports.
- Manage TDS/TCS calculations and filings.
- Preparation of Prepaid Amortization, Depreciation & Other Schedules.
- Assist with General Ledger month-end closure and perform variance analysis.

Requirements: -

- 3-6 years of experience, ideally in a startup workplace, in a similar finance role.
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Oracle NetSuite.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
