Position: Associate – Secondary Stage Coordinator

Location: Sikar, Rajasthan

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Secondary Stage Coordinator in the effective academic and operational functioning of the stage.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring academic and co-curricular activities.
- Coordinate with subject teachers to ensure effective lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and classroom practices.
- Monitor students' academic progress, attendance, discipline, and overall development.
- Support the implementation of CBSE curriculum, competency-based learning, and assessment practices.
- Assist in planning and monitoring examinations, assessments, projects, and academic interventions.
- Maintain and review academic records, reports, lesson plans, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with parents regarding students' academic performance and developmental needs.
- Support teachers in identifying learning gaps and implementing appropriate interventions.
- Assist in organizing academic events, competitions, workshops,



career-related activities, and other school programs.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between teachers, students, parents, and school leadership.
- Support the implementation of school policies, academic processes, and quality initiatives.

Eligibility & Skills
- Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation with B.Ed. or equivalent.
- Prior experience in teaching, academic coordination, or school administration will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of the CBSE curriculum and secondary-stage education.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and digital learning tools.
- Proactive, responsible, collaborative, and student-focused approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
