Associate Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in project management to support our technology and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management knowledge and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker who can coordinate cross-functional teams and establish governance frameworks to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

- Support project and program governance across multiple technology and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
- Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and scope changes effectively.
- Establish standardized PMO processes, templates, documentation, and delivery governance frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, product, business, engineering, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level presentations for leadership.
- Monitor budgets, resource utilization, delivery costs, and overall project financial performance.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, project reviews, governance meetings,



and stakeholder checkpoints.
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, and reporting using JIRA and Confluence.
- Identify delivery risks and improvement opportunities while driving timely execution and continuous process improvement.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong Project Management knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with financial management and budget tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or digital transformation projects.
