- Associate Program Manager – Student Counselor? Hyderabad / Bangalore The role involves supporting an assigned cohort of college students throughout their academic and career journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build robust relationships with students through regular calls and meetings.
- Track student engagement, academic progress, and development goals.
- Identify student challenges and provide timely support or interventions.
- Coordinate with mentors, faculty, and program teams.
- Conduct college visits, student outreach, and engagement sessions.
- For the Bangalore location, Kannada-speaking ability is mandatory.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–4 years of experience in student counseling, mentoring, education, youth development, or related fields.
- Strong communication, empathy, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple students, priorities, and follow-ups.
- Comfortable with data tracking and documentation.

- Associate Program Manager – Alumni Relations & Mentorship? Remote | Periodic travel The role focuses on building meaningful engagement between students, alumni, colleges, and mentors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute student and alumni engagement programs.
- Build and coordinate mentorship, networking, and alumni initiatives.
- Manage college visits, workshops, events, and stakeholder engagement.
- Engage alumni through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Track program data, engagement, milestones, and prepare reports.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–5 years of experience in program management, education, nonprofit, or related fields.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel periodically.
