This is a hands-on execution role involving close coordination with faculty, trainers, college authorities, internal teams, and students. You will oversee day-to-day academic coordination, address student and college queries, monitor student engagement and performance, support admissions during the peak cycle, and contribute to career and placement readiness across assigned batches.

You will work cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence, timely issue resolution, accurate reporting, and consistent delivery standards throughout the student lifecycle.

○ Ensure timely setup and uninterrupted functioning of classrooms, LMS, Zoom sessions, Wi-Fi, and other academic tools in line with IIDE's academic standards.

○ Act as the primary point of contact for academic and program-related queries from students and college stakeholders, ensuring resolution within a 24-hour TAT.

○ Identify operational or academic issues, document them appropriately, and coordinate with internal teams until resolution.

● Student Success & Engagement:

○ Identify at-risk students and proactively intervene to minimise drop-off risks and improve retention, satisfaction, and overall student experience.

○ Drive a 100% response rate across Subject Evaluation, CSAT, and NPS feedback forms.

○ Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure timely completion of academic and program-related requirements.

● College Partnerships & Admissions Support:

○ Coordinate day-to-day program-related activities and stakeholder communication with partner colleges.

○ Support admissions and program delivery in collaboration with partner college teams.

○ Assist in onboarding new partner colleges by supporting academic and operational alignment.

○ Execute on-ground seminars, workshops, demos, and short-term programs at partner institutions.

○ During the peak admissions cycle (March–July), counsel inbound and walk-in prospects and support lead qualification and follow-ups.

○ Support confirmed enrollments, documentation, and accurate maintenance of admissions and CRM records.

○ Admissions responsibilities are applicable only during the peak admissions cycle and do not constitute a year-round sales role.

● Reporting, Data & Fee Tracking:

○ Maintain accurate academic, engagement, admissions, and fee-related data for assigned batches and partner colleges.

○ Monitor and report attendance, assignment/project submissions, examination completion, and fee collection status.

○ Ensure timely and accurate reporting to relevant internal stakeholders.

○ Use data and student feedback to identify gaps and support timely corrective action.

● Career & Placement Support:

○ Support year-on-year placement planning and placement-oriented session scheduling for assigned batches across the student lifecycle.

○ Coordinate placement-related communication and activities with students and internal teams.

○ Support students with resume building, interview readiness, and interview-related communication.

○ Assist with recruiter coordination and ensure students are appropriately informed and prepared for placement opportunities.

● Additional Duties:

○ Build robust working relationships with students, faculty, college stakeholders, and internal teams.

○ Ensure consistent adherence to IIDE's academic, operational, and student experience standards.

○ Take ownership of assigned batches and proactively address issues affecting academic delivery or student success.

○ Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
