Educational Qualification
Essential:
- M.Sc. (Speech & Hearing) / M.Sc. (Audiology) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registration in the relevant professional category.
Teaching Experience
- Minimum 8 years of teaching experience at Undergraduate/Postgraduate level in a recognized university, college, or academic institution.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching Audiology and supervising academic and clinical training.
- Experience in postgraduate teaching, student mentoring, and clinical supervision will be preferred.
Research & Publications
- Minimum five research publications in recognized/peer-reviewed journals.
- Publications should meet the applicable RCI requirements, including the prescribed cumulative impact factor where applicable.
- Active involvement in research projects, conferences, seminars, workshops, and academic activities.
- Experience in guiding student research projects and postgraduate dissertations is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Audiology and related subjects.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise academic and clinical training in Audiology.
- Provide clinical supervision in hearing assessment, diagnostic audiology, rehabilitation, hearing aids, cochlear implants, vestibular assessment, and other relevant areas.
- Mentor students in academic, clinical, professional, and research activities.
- Guide undergraduate projects and postgraduate dissertations.
- Conduct internal assessments, practical examinations, viva voce, and other academic evaluations.
- Develop and update course content, teaching materials, clinical protocols, and learning resources.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Promote research, publications, conference presentations, and collaborative academic activities.
- Participate in departmental meetings, institutional committees, accreditation/inspection activities, and other academic responsibilities.
- Coordinate with hospitals, rehabilitation centres, schools, and other clinical facilities for student training.
- Maintain academic and clinical records in accordance with institutional and RCI requirements.
- Ensure that teaching and clinical activities comply with applicable RCI, university, and institutional norms.

- Knowledge of current diagnostic, rehabilitative, and technological advances in Audiology.
- Familiarity with RCI regulations and BASLP curriculum requirements.
- Positive leadership, coordination, and administrative skills.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
