Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Fleet Technology, IoT, GPS/Telematics, CCTV, or Technical Operations.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, vendor management, field operations, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience in the transportation, logistics, mobility, or fleet industry is preferred.
- Comfortable and adaptable with fieldwork and outstation travel.
- Two wheeler is mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of IoT and devices installed across buses.
- Monitor GPS, CCTV, IoT devices and other fleet technology.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams for installation and troubleshooting.
- Prepare MIS/reports and share regular updates with management, especially for SmartFleet operations.
