Responsibilities

- Supporting the Forecasting and Reporting Manager, Snr Reporting Analyst and Forecasting Analyst in the delivery of accurate and on-time monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process for UKI BU.
- This role is key in supporting in the delivery of our financial KPI’s, ensuring timely and accurate planning, reporting and analysis.
- Support the monthly close of Topline Commercial/Brand Revenue and Volume reporting processes.
- Carry out key financial/Management reporting controls including reporting system reconciliations.
- Run weekly/daily commercial performance reports.
- Manage, build and maintenance of Forecasting and reporting templates as directed by Reporting and Forecasting analysts. Ensuring standardization and functionality is optimized.




- Carry out weekly Revenue and D&A; checks to minimise errors in the month end close process.
- Play a key role in the team’s drive for accuracy in both reporting and forecasting.
- Identify and support continuous improvements including simplifications, process or control remediations.
- Being flexible for other ad-hoc tasks, including team related initiatives, projects, etc.

Qualifications

- University degree in Economics or Finance;
- 4 years experience in Finance;
- High level of analytical capability;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, solid ability to work in Excel, TM1 experience desirable;
- Proficiency in the English language.
