- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions and critical positions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on manpower planning and budgeted hiring requirements.
- Drive sourcing strategies through portals, referrals, campus hiring, and talent mapping.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including hiring TAT, offer conversion ratio, and joining percentages.
- Support diversity hiring and succession planning initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce and employee-related matters.
- Provide HR guidance on organizational changes, talent movement, and people decisions.
- Support manpower budgeting, headcount planning, and resource optimization.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and people practices.
- Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Ensure employee data accuracy within HRMS systems.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance management, and employee benefits administration.
- Drive process improvements to enhance employee experience.
- Facilitate goal-setting and performance review processes.
- Support talent review and succession planning exercises.
- Coordinate leadership and capability development initiatives.
- Identify training needs and partner with L&D; teams for capability enhancement.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational events.
- Implement recognition and reward programs.




- Address employee concerns and facilitate timely resolution.
- Promote Adani values and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable labor laws.
- Maintain employee documentation and audit readiness.
- Support statutory, internal, and external audit requirements.
- Implement HR governance practices and process controls.
- Manage workplace administration, facility operations, travel support, transport, security, and housekeeping services.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor office infrastructure and ensure a productive work setting.
- Support cost optimization initiatives within administration functions.
- Work closely with business leaders, employees, corporate HR, and support functions.
- Provide regular HR dashboards, MIS reports, and people insights.
- Ensure timely closure of employee and business HR requirements.
- Drive collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification Essential

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or equivalent.
- Certification in Talent Management, HR Analytics, Labor Laws, Compensation &
- Benefits, or HRBP Practices.

Experience
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Administration.
- Exposure to large organizations, shared services, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, energy, or corporate environments preferred.
- Experience managing stakeholders and leading critical HR initiatives.
