Managing intellectual property litigation matters, including strategy, case management, legal research, and drafting of pleadings, applications, notices, and other legal documents
? Requirements:
- Qualification: Successfully holding a Degree in Law.
- Year of Experience: 2+ years of experience
- Strong Understanding of the Intellectual Property Rights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Candidate should be a Mumbai Resident Only.
