Since 2011 we have planned and bought media for 5,000+ brands including the likes of Google, RBI, IIM-A, Amazon, Uber and Apple, across 3,00,000+ successful campaigns, spanning hoardings, airports, metro and transit, newspapers, radio, cinema, television, digital, performance, influencer & sports.

We are an energetic young team of almost 100 people across Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru & Dubai, with a robust in-house tech team building superlative AI-powered products, having built & released two such products already: EPitch, which builds detailed media plans & strategies in hours that most agencies take a fortnight to produce, and Atlas, which makes offline advertising as measurable & transparent as digital.

We are hiring Associate Key Account Managers into four sales pods. This is not a support role. From month three you carry your own accounts, your own target and your own incentive cheque.

- Entire World is your territory. You decide which brands are worth chasing and you build the list yourself, along with the inbound inquiries, referrals & research based potentials.
- Get to the decision maker. Marketing Heads, CMOs, founders. Cold calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, walk-ins, industry events. We do not prescribe the method, we look at the meetings.
- Sit in the pitch. In the room from week one.



Presenting parts of it yourself by the end of quarter one.
- Build the commercial. Work with our media team to turn a client brief into a media plan, a costing and a proposal that wins.
- Close, then keep. Renewals and upsells on your own accounts earn you incentive again. The book you build is the book you are paid on.

??? & ??? ???? - Media 101, how OOH, print, radio, cinema, TV and digital are actually bought and priced. Shadow live client calls. Be in the room in real client meetings.

??? - ??? ???? - Build your prospect list. First 100 outbound conversations. Sit in on live pitches. Also handle our inbound inquiries from our Media buying platform as well as the GTM we run.

??? - ???? ???? - Run your own first-meeting pitches. Co-own live proposals. First closure expected inside month four.

- Salary Range - ₹3,00,000 - ₹4,20,000 p.a.
- Incentive - Uncapped, linked to gross profit on every deal you close, paid quarterly
- Realistic Year-1 total, on target - ₹5,50,000 - ₹7,00,000

Fixed band is benchmarked to experience. The incentive is where the money is, and there is no ceiling on it. Our strongest performers have crossed ₹10L in total earnings inside two years.

Month 3 - 12: Carry an individual target. Close your first accounts.

Month 12 - 18: Promotion to Key Account Manager. Larger mandates, key accounts, materially higher fixed band.

Beyond - City or category ownership. We are opening new markets and we promote from inside.

- You can hold a conversation with someone twenty years senior without folding.
- You are fine being told "no" eight times before you get a "yes".
- You write a clear email and put together a decent PowerPoint.
- You are curious about brands, why they advertise where they do, and why they spend what they spend.
- Fluent English and Hindi. Gujarati is a strong plus for Ahmedabad; Marathi for Mumbai.
- Any graduate. A track record of selling something, even a college fest sponsorship, matters more than the degree.

Not required: advertising experience, an MBA, or a marketing degree. We have built strong sellers out of people from insurance, edtech inside sales, telecom, real estate and retail.
