Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
- Partner with managers to develop and implement effective performance management strategies, driving business results.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Analyze attrition rates and develop initiatives to reduce turnover, improving overall workforce stability.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in HR Generalist role or similar function.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, talent acquisition, training & development, compensation &
benefits administration.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with employees at all levels within the organization.
